Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customized or pre-order items may take additional time. This will be mentioned on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Standard Shipping (Pan India): 4–7 business days.
Express Shipping (Available in select locations): 2–4 business days.
International Shipping: Currently not available (Coming Soon).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays (weather, courier service issues, festive seasons).
Shipping Charges
Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹70.
Express shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if available).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of order.
Betrendup will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.
Delays & Responsibility
Betrendup is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 24 hours of delivery at support@betrendup.com.
If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either replace your item or issue a refund (as applicable).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected pin codes with an additional charge of ₹50.
Customers are requested to keep exact change ready for delivery.
