Cancellations and Refunds

At Betrendup, we value our customers and want to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review our policy for cancellations and refunds before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please email us at support@betrendup.com with your order number.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return Policy instead.

Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product – If the product arrives damaged or defective, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

  2. Wrong Product Received – If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  3. Return Approved Products – Eligible products returned within the return window (see Return Policy) will be refunded.

⚠️ Please note: Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged/defective.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via store credit or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, worn, or damaged items caused by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank/UPI/wallet account again.

  • Contact your bank/credit card company as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@betrendup.com.
